Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to focus on managing and expanding relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking and relationship-building skills, coupled with the ability to identify and secure business opportunities that align with the needs and expectations of ultra-affluent clients.


Acquisition of new clients and enhancement of asset under management from them for investment products uniquely designed for HNIs in Gold, Equity, Derivatives and Currency. Achieving Sales Targets and Maintaining Reports


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, offering exceptional client service and personalized solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the firms HNWI client base and generating leads for wealth management, investment opportunities, luxury goods, or services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to HNWIs, ensuring alignment with market trends and the companys objectives.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on the financial and investment preferences of HNWIs and stay updated on market trends to offer relevant, competitive solutions.
  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., financial advisors, investment managers, luxury service providers) to craft customized solutions that address the unique financial needs of HNWIs.
  • Networking & Event Management: Build and maintain an extensive network of contacts, including attending networking events, conferences, and social gatherings frequented by high-net-worth individuals.
  • Sales Reporting & Targets: Track and report sales activities, progress toward targets, and client satisfaction. Ensure the achievement of business development KPIs.
  • Client Retention: Proactively manage relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by regularly reviewing their portfolios and ensuring that services meet evolving needs.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure that all transactions are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within wealth management, financial services, luxury goods, or related industries.
  • Client Focus: Proven track record in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and understanding their unique needs.
  • Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with ultra-affluent clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the financial services or luxury markets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with high-level clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential client information with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.
