Agency Front Line Sales Professional

The role involves recruitment and activation of agents/Life Insurance Managers, monitoring and reviweing their performance, and helping them achieve business targets.

It also includes training and motivating advisors, executing sales targets, and meeting customers regularly to ensure standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance agents/advisors from various sources.
Training: Provide training and support to agents/advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
Sales Management: Drive sales through the agent/advisor network by setting and monitoring sales targets, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Minimum 6 months to 5 years in the insurance industry.
