UX Designer

Key areas of responsibility

• Design and develop user interfaces for HMI systems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and other designers to gather requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user and customer research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Maintaining HMI designs in Figma design system
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HMI design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
• Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing HMI design projects, 2-3 years experience along with industrial vehicle user interface design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe tools
• Comfortable working independently
• Self-motivated, organized, and priority driven
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, Agile development.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Knowledge of automotive, heavy vehicle HMI systems.
• Masters Degree in User Experience Design or similar
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English)
• Good to have awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
