UX Designer

The Role

We are seeking a UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to lead the design process for our digital products. You will work closely with product, engineering, and UX research teams to create user-centric designs from ideation to high-fidelity delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate: Work with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to generate and refine design solutions.
• Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Axure.
• Research & Testing: Leverage user research and usability testing to drive informed design decisions and ensure ADA/WCAG compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Provide detailed design specifications and conduct UX reviews to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in UX design; experience with security products is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX, UI, and interaction design skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for clear storytelling and collaboration.
• Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Education

• Bachelors degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
