Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Operations Engineer to work closely with our customers and their digital solutions helping to continue building & bridging the gaps between industries while actively managing our solutions and being a strong reinforcement support to our local team. Our landscape is quite interesting and large scale, punctuated with key technology areas such as IoT, Machine Learning, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence etc., to name a few. We will continue to expand our portfolio of digitalization at scale. This role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of this amazing journey of building and supporting the new digitalized solutions in a traditionally mechanical industry, while working on interesting challenges with opportunities to continuously learn.

Role Description

• As a Customer Operations Engineer you will be the technical and process support for all applicable Digital Solutions used by customers.
• Integration Operations,Support customer solution creation and integration.
• Manage the technical and process required for successful integration of customer domain solutions to KONE Digital Solutions including software and hardware devices
• Provide support for range of issues originating from deploying digital solutions globally with analytical knowledge of hardware and software issues
• Metric and response Implementation of automation tools and processes to gather customer satisfaction measurement and effectiveness of provided support
• Tools and advancement
• Create and manage tools (mainly software tools) that foster the easy of resolution of issues
• Documentation and Training
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of processes and issue resolution steps
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders involve in Customer Operations

Education & Experience

• University degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
• Knowledge and experience with embedded systems, programming, and AWS Cloud

Desired skills

• Mandatory:
• Prior working experience on Public Cloud preferred AWS
• Working experience with IoT Devices and surrounding ecosystem
• Functional knowledge of APIs - REST and WebSocket
• Knowledge on using monitoring tools – preferably AWS CloudWatch and Splunk
• Nice to have:
• Knowhow of AWS Services (one or multiple) - Lambda, Cognito, ECS, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, CloudFormation
• DevOps and agile ways of working with experience on ticketing tool JIRA (preferred), BMC Remedy, ServiceNow etc.
• Knowledge and experience with programming (languages like C#, C++, JS) or Scripting languages (Python/Shell)
