Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong logistical background and additional skills in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets, and report on sales performance regularly.
7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and offerings.
8.Strong logistical background with knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
