Role & responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.

Preferred candidate profile

• Oversee the recruitment and on boarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
• Hire & Trained sales team and build and manage their performance for PAN INDIA.
