Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring new talent
- Use job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other resources to actively search for potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and the ideal candidate profile.
- Provide recommendations for the hiring process based on each department's unique needs.
- Ensure job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for job search engines.
- Assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages in alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintaining updated MIS of all employees onboard, resigned
- Maintenance of the human resource software HRMS and ensure continuous updation of data
- Issuing Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters & Resignation Letters to all employees Check and verify all the gratuity payouts
- Carry out the exit interviews of the separated employees, compile findings, analyze and present the same to the HR team.
- To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
