Associate Technical Curriculum Developer

Job Summary

As a Technical Curriculum Developer in NxtWave, you will be involved in:

• Curriculum Development: Lead the creation and refinement of the technical curriculum, ensuring it aligns with current industry trends.
• Technologies on Focus: MERN Full Stack & Python
• Team Mentorship: Provide mentorship to interns and manage projects from start to finish.
• Educational Objectives: Focus on achieving key educational objectives, including industry relevancy, exam pass percentages, learning experience, course completion, and concept retention.

Responsibilities

• Create and Review technical content, codes, and other content to be published on our platform.
• Research, gather, and analyze information on technical topics.
• Create problems and test the questions around DSA, Python, web technologies, etc across various difficulty levels for NxtWave.
• Give feedback to teammates through rotating peer reviews.
• Ensure all content is up to standards by providing and receiving constructive feedback, make sure to follow standards and guidelines.
• Mentor and guide interns, enhancing their skills and curriculum development contributions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Good analytical and comprehension skills with proficiency in English language.
• Knowledge of core computer science concepts such as object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Familiarity with the latest educational tools and tech trends, e.g. Chat GPT, etc.
• Experience in developing the industry-leading content in frontend(HTML/CSS/JS and ReactJS) or backend technologies (Python, NodeJS) is advantageous.
