Kogta Financial is urgently looking for Regional Legal Manager- Ahmedabad!!

Role & responsibilities

• Reach experience in managing & defending bulk litigations before various courts and forums including High court, Session Court, Metropolitan Courts, Civil Courts, Consumer Forums and Lok Adalat, DRT.
• Extensive exposure in managing recovery litigation secured & unsecured, NI 138, Execution Petition, Arbitration, SARFAESI, 406,420 Criminal Complain, other Civil, Criminal Case on behalf of Company and handling company against case.
• Experience in drafting & vetting of various legal and commercial documents such as writs, Agreements, Memorandum of appeal, Complaints, Notice, Affidavits, Deeds, Written Statements, General pleading, Legal communication and contracts.
• Managing pool of write off and loss in vehicle category & recovery through legal tools. Managing pool of LAP case and coordination with enforcement agency for possession of secured property till its auction & sale process.
• Experience in coordinating with Advocates, Police, RBI and Law enforcement
• Agencies
• Team Handling experience, provide legal training to all team members, exposure of team appraisal procedures, solution oriented approach, be responsible for all legal compliance and coordination with collection, sales and credit team to resolve any legal issues.
• Willing to travel across State.

Preferred candidate profile

• LL. B /LL.M Degree with 10 15 Years in Corporate Legal Matters, Civil, Criminal Litigation, Building and maintaining Liaison with Court Authority, Government Bodies/Authorities, Mamlatdar, Police, etc.
• Male candidate is Preferable.
• Proficiency in Team handling, data processing and LMS operating systems and MS office.
