3. Identification and Tie-Up with Used Car/Cv/Tractor Dealers as well as Re-Sellers
   
4. Resolution of PDD(If Any)
   
5. Take care of Used Car/Cv/Tractor Loan Collection
   
6. Team Building and Channel Development
   
7. Achievement of Business Plan
   
8. Portfolio Management in co-ordination with Ops and Collections.
   
9. Assets Verification of the cases under processing
   
10. Taking care of Car/Cv/Tractor Loan business all across assigned geography
    
11. Regular review meeting with team and line Manager
    
12. Strong Check on ED & NS cases
    
13. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects maintaining relationship
