Job Description
Qualification:
- B.E. - Mechanical /Electrical Engineering with courses in Thermal Treatment preferred.
Experience:
- 5-7 years experience in execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) services especially HVAC service installation on various construction sites preferred.
- Knowledge of working with Project Management Consultants (PMC) preferred. Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory.
- Supervising and getting executed all the services mainly, HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting and Plumbing.
- Checking MEP services received daily at site for quality and quantity.
- Prepare the Schedule for execution of MEP Services and following it up with the concerned Vendors for the same.
- Identify slippages / delays by the Vendors and ensure corrective action.
- Co-ordinate with MEP Consultants and the Vendors regarding Shop drawings and ensure compliance with the safety standards.
- Any other work assigned by PIMO from time to time
