Desirable Skills:

• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
• Knowledge of SAP
• Hand on experience in MS office specially Excel
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers

Job Description:

• Understand Information Technology (IT) procurement / services requirements, support in evaluation options and assist in implementing procurement solutions in coordination with IT team and other User Dept.
• Raising of purchase order post evaluating vendor s / service providers
• Renewal of all annual contracts for IT Hardware/Software s as per timelines
• Raise and get the approval for Purchase Request /Purchase Orders as per process
• Monitor procurement and ensure timely delivery of material and services. Liaise with Accounts for timely closure of all commercial agreements, settlement invoice
• Knowledge of complete Procure to Pay Cycle, Vendor Management, Basic knowledge of Stores, Conversant with GST
• Regular updates on all pending procurement requests with stakeholders

Keep accurate records of purchases made.
