As a Systems Support Engineer, you will assist our IT and support teams in maintaining and optimizing our systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related problems.
- Document incidents and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve system performance and reliability.
- Conduct system monitoring and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Help maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Experience with help desk software or ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of system administration tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Mentorship from experienced support engineers.
