Firmware Engineer

Skills Required:

Worked on Cortex M, RH850, SPC5 or C2000 based microcontrollers.

Strong C programming and debugging skills for complex firmware and hardware.

Strong knowledge of communication protocols like CAN, I2c, and SPI.

Hands-on experience of laboratory equipment like Power supply, loads, oscilloscopes, CAN Analyzer, etc.

Knowledge or experience in RTOS.

Skills advantage to have:

Development experience of any automotive ECUs

Experience in Motor-controller or BCM or BMS

Experience in version control and software testing tools.

Knowledge of MISRA Standards, Autosar, J1939 and relative automotive standards.

Strong knowledge of diagnostic automotive protocols (UDS in particular)

Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms.

Experience in bootloader development.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for development of firmware for automotive ECUs.

Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment.

Working along with different departments for the end product.
