Job Description
- Minimum 6-9 Years of experience in US Healthcare medical billing process
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience as Team Lead
- Minimum team size of 30-50 resources
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have good hands on MS Office. Ie: Excel, Power Point
- Should have experience of handling US based client calls/emails
- Should be flexible with shifts
- Should be good in performing analysis, preparing dashboards, AR Matrix
- Should be Creating Goals for team and monitoring progress
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve internal/external goals
- Should have Knowledge of various functions within RCM to run the process effectively
- NextGen, Allscript, eClnical, Trizetto, Waystar, Jopari & experience is preferred
