Project Manager Supply Chain with O9 Experience

Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Supply Chain Management and hands-on experience in o9 Solutions.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

- You will play a critical role in implementing o9s digital transformation solutions to enhance the organizations supply chain efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage supply chain projects from inception to delivery, focusing on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain planners, IT, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of project objectives.

- Design and implement supply chain solutions leveraging o9 platform to optimize demand forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, and S&OP processes.

- Oversee the implementation of o9 Solutions within the supply chain, ensuring alignment with business needs and providing expert guidance on best practices.

- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution and risk management.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities related to the o9 platform and supply chain processes.

- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate various systems with o9.

- Ensure the project meets both the technical and operational requirements of the organization.

Key Requirements:

- 9+ years of experience in project management, preferably in supply chain or related fields.

- Proven experience with o9 Solutions and a deep understanding of its functionalities, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering value to the business.

- Hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Experience in managing end-to-end digital transformation projects in supply chain is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in supply chain management.

- Familiarity with other supply chain software like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms.

- Experience with change management and leading organizational transformations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive project success.

- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms is an advantage.
