Job Description
- To carry out on line documentation of production activity in batch manufacring record and log book.
- Carryout Calibration and daily verification of weighing balance as per schedule.
- To ensure operation, cleaning procedure of machine and area as per standard operating procedure.
- To take line clearance from quality assurance to start operation as and when required.
- To allocate work to operator, workman as per the plan.
- To ensure temperature and humidity of processing area is within limit as specified in Batch Manufacturing record.
- In process checking in various intermediate stage of batch manufacturing and filling.
- Initiate online rejection, deviation, incident and change control.
- Ensure products are produced and store as per standard operating procedure and maintaining the required quality standard.
- Handling process of validation batches.
- Maintaining area for different regulatory audit
