Job Details - Learning & Development Manager

The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and performance of employees in line with the NBFCs goals. This role involves preparing employees for customer interactions, product knowledge, compliance, and sales excellence.

Trainers are required to conduct training sessions for all of our employees in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development:

• Design and customize training modules for various roles (e.g., Branch Managers, Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, etc.).
• Develop content on financial products like gold loans, microloans, personal loans, and other NBFC services.
• Update training material to align with regulatory changes and industry trends.

2. Conducting Training Sessions:

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Organize role-based training programs focusing on sales techniques, customer service, compliance, and risk management.
• Conduct mock scenarios and practical demonstrations for skill enhancement.

3. Monitoring & Evaluation:

• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports on trainee performance and suggest improvements.
• Identify skill gaps and propose additional training sessions.

4. Compliance and Regulatory Training:

• Ensure all employees are trained on industry compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
• Conduct periodic refresher training for regulatory compliance.

5. Employee Development:

• Work closely with HR and department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Mentor employees and provide one-on-one coaching as needed.

6. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain training records and attendance.
• Coordinate training schedules and venues with relevant departments.
• Prepare and circulate training reports to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in an NBFC or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of financial products and customer service.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and LMS tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Language: English, Telugu, Hindi. Multilingual proficiency is an advantage, depending on the region.
