Responsibilities
1. Should maintain the company policy of personal hygiene, GMP, and safety Requirements, along with safeguarding the company assets as their primary responsibility.
2. Prepare line release documentation.
3. Update and review HACCP document.
4. Co-ordinate with the external lab agency for the timely collection of samples related to air monitoring, water, raw material and finished goods, verification of above testing reports, filing.
5. Ensure compliance with RM, PM, & FG QMS.
6. Review and approve the inhouse testing report and sign the document.
7. Prepare and execute the trial and related activity.
8. Update KPI sheet and OTUD calculation.
9. Timely implementation of product traceability and Mock recall activities as per schedule.
10. Timely Investigation of customer complaints, OTR & Report preparation.
11. Timely PMP revisions, results tracking & Follow-up of sampling.
12. Participate in the client operations review meeting with concerned team members.
13. Verify and ensure the compliance to customer requirements of GMP, GHK, Company Quality, and Food Safety Policy.
14. Conducting process and Internal audits providing timely communication to Inter & Intra departmental as per schedule.
15. Participate and act as coordinator in Client sensory session in the absence of lab in charge.
17. Preparation of Client zoning plan & Pest control layout.
18. Timely updating of price circular & Shelf-life display sheet and take sign off from other departments.
19. Participate in proficiency and result reporting to Client.
20. Provide updated Client specification and testing procedure to RM/PM Chemist.
21. Follow up of KQ plan for newly added SKU's and change of existing SKU's with Client co-man quality.
22. Method monitoring and method verification.
23. Operate the lab in line with the Client GLP requirements.
Authorities
1. To Provide training to team members on quality and food safety and customer requirements sensory screening documentation - RM, attribute, basic & advanced.
2. To release the SFG, PM & FG in SAP transactions.
3. To verify and sign the testing report, LPR and act as Deputy to HOD in absence of HOD.
4. To hold the non-complied or OOS product and stop the process and packing line in case of any deviations.
5. To participate in all types of Trial and Sensory sessions and report generation, communication with concerned.
6. To file all LPR, calibration, testing report, customer specification and storage in record and disposal post completion of retention period.
7. To raise the indents as per requirements in the department and coordinate with accounts department for PO preparation.
