Education: A Director of a company should have the highest qualification possible. Masters, MBA, CPA or a Doctoral Degree in their area of Agriculture, Economics is highly preferred. you may only possess a first degree or Bachelors Degree, but with that you must be highly capable, have a superior record of accomplishment and comprehensive business or technical knowledge and skills.
