Manager - Techno Commercial & Application Engineering

To understand the product portfolios and capabilities in-house with respect to solution building for clients in discrete material handling applications. Make Frequent client visits based on appointments and understand the problem statement with the client and propose an appropriate solution.

• Interact with clients to understand the requirement as per the sales person guideline.
• Plan and organize a sales Technical call schedule with customers, presenting products and developing solutions based on identified client needs. • Deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Engage with potential clients, present organizational capabilities. • Escalate identified product gaps at client sites to the operations team and assist in product development.
• Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents in consultation with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, maintenance procedures, etc.
