Responsibilities: 1. Typing / Editing / Adjusting various reports, certificates, statements, agreements etc for various divisions 2. Assisting in work related to tally invoicing 3. Supporting for tender related and peer reviewing related work 4. Purchasing and issuing of all office supplies 5. Supporting to partners for maintaining their records 6. Assisting seniors in other office and administrative issues

1. Meticulous and we'll Organized. 2. Strong Computer literacy and knowledge in Ms office proficiency especially with Excel & Word. 3. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an orderly work environment.
