Dispatch Incharge

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and arrange transportation according to part sizes.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation related to dispatch operations.

• Work in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities to address logistics and dispatch-related challenges.

• Ensure proper methods for loading materials into trucks for safe and efficient transportation.

Skills:

• Must have a flexible schedule, with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong knowledge of local roadways and transportation best practices.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Familiarity with engineering drawings, logistics, and transportation requirements.
