Front Desk Receptionist

Environment Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a professional and friendly front office executive to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will handle administrative support, phone calls, and inquiries efficiently.

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
• Ensure a tidy and organized front desk and waiting area.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain and update records, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist HR and administration with onboarding and office maintenance tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
