Accounts Head

Role & responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on financial policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed.

Inventory & Cost Management:

• Monitor inventory accounting and ensure accurate valuation of stock.
• Assist in cost management by analyzing expenses and identifying savings opportunities.
