Role & responsibilities
-Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company a growth objectives
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors , leveraging market insights and industry trends.
-Establish and Maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders , including industry partners, clients and government Agencies
-Collaborate with Marketing team to generate quuality leads
-Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients
-Qualify leads and ensure a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities
-Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities,sales performance and market insights
Preferred candidate profile
-Bachelors degree in Business , Marketing or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
-2+years of experience in B2B Sales or Business development
-Excellent communication skills ,negotiation and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities
