Responsibilities:

Negotiate and close deals: Effectively negotiate pricing and terms with clients, addressing their concerns and closing deals that are profitable for the company.
Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Stay up-to-date on market trends: Maintain a thorough understanding of the diamond market, including pricing fluctuations, new products, and competitor activities.
Manage sales pipeline and reporting: Track sales activities, manage leads, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Attend industry events: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
