Support Analyst - EDI

Role & responsibilities:

1. Responsible in providing functional support and troubleshooting our EDI production systems

2. Monitor production systems and identify potential problems.

3. Respond to tickets and requests in a timely manner.

4. Preparing reports in all aspects related to Support process and reporting to the management.

5. Interacting with Business Analysts / Developers to provide necessary analytical data for bugs and enhancement requests from users

6. Perform RCA and discuss with technical team about the potential problems.

Skill set Required:

1. EDI Application support experience in Logistics industry

2. Should also have excellent problem solving and debugging skills

3. Strong understanding of EDI standards and Process flow, SQL

Technologies Required:

1. Strong EDI knowledge in logistics transaction sets

2. Web Methods or Axway support B2Bi/sentinel, ITSM service model

3. Postman, API, Ticketing tools (WHD/Service now)

Education Required: Degree in Computer Science or any degree equal to

Experience (Min ~ Max): 2 -3 years
