EDI Support Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:Providing technical expertise and support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other Business to Business communications by supporting the user community and our trading partners in gathering and understanding the EDI business requirements (EDI - Electronic Data Interchange working with formats ANSI X12/EDIFACT/RND/IDOC).
Required skills:EDI Systems: Experience with EDI support, testing, and integration with SAP R/3. Proficient in EDI mapping and XSLT troubleshooting.

Trading Partner Management: Skilled in defining trading partners, managing EDI setup, and ensuring mapping compliance.

System Support: Ability to provide on-call support, resolve EDI system issues, and maintain documentation and guidelines.

Business Partner Assistance: Support business partners with EDI systems and processes.

Team Collaboration: Effective team player with strong communication skills in English.

International Experience: Comfortable working in an international B2B context.
