Position: Production Head - Interior, Event & Exhibition Industry
Job Summary:
The Production Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the production activities within the Interior, Event, and Exhibition industry. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within defined budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
- Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
2. Resource Management:
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials and resources.
- Optimize resource efficiency to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
3. Team Coordination:
- Lead and manage a production team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Coordinate with various departments, including design, logistics, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in project deliverables.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues.

5. Budget Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage project budgets.

- Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the production environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Production Management, Event Management, Interior Design).
- Proven experience in a production management role within the Interior, Event, or Exhibition industry.
