Sales Executive /Area Sales officer -dairy

Role & responsibilities

Well experienced in FMCG, FMCD & Dairy Sales & Marketing (Min 2 to 5 year experience)

Role & responsibilities:

1. Outlet expansion in territory as per schedule.

2.To be a team player to contribute with integrity & should take up responsibilities of other territories if needed.

3. Add new outlets which should contribute to achieving annual volume/value targets

4. coaching the Frontline team and managing Parlours and franchisees effectively

5.Deliver the sales volume target by developing market in the assigned territory as per Annual Operating Plan

6. Track competitor activity on a continuous basis and take action to counter competitor strategies in order to increase market share

7. Identify the key talents, help them nurture and enhance capability to take up more responsibilities.

8. Identify key issues and working on driving innovation and leverage technology in order to achieve business objectives

9. Regularly monitor the stock levels at the distributors and ensure availability of stock

10. Drive sales volumes of every week products and increase the Unique SKU count in the outlet and ensure Product range availability

11.Drive Cooler / freezer and rack productivity by planning deployments/redeployments of resources based on Cooler/freezer/Rack governance protocols

Preferred candidate profile for Area sales office and sales Sales Executive

• Should have hands on experience in FMCG (Dairy Industry would be an added advantage), handling large volume and distribution.
• Matured and independently handled distributors and team.
