As an IAM Specialist at Kindred, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our IAM capabilities, with a specific focus on Microsoft Entra Identity Governance. You will be instrumental in automating processes, conducting role mining, and ensuring the security and efficiency of access management within the organization. Your expertise will also guide us through the migration from our legacy Sailpoint IIQ solution to our current platform, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with best practices in IAM.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra Identity Governance, focusing on creating dynamic groups, automating the joiner/leaver/mover process, and conducting role mining and access recertification activities.
Conduct the technical aspects of the migration project from Sailpoint IIQ to Microsoft Entra Identity Governance, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high-security standards.
Interview stakeholders across the company to understand access needs and define roles, ensuring compliance with the principle of least privilege.
Collaborate with the Group Security team in Europe and other IT departments in Bangalore to align IAM practices and initiatives.
Stay abreast of the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices, continually enhancing our IAM framework.
Provide IAM-related training and support to IT and non-IT staff, promoting a culture of security awareness.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing IAM solutions, particularly Microsoft Entra Identity Governance. Hands-on experience with creating dynamic groups, automating IAM processes, role mining, and access recertification.
Microsoft SC-300 certification or any relevant certifications in IAM are highly regarded.
Experience with Sailpoint IIQ or similar IAM legacy solutions, especially in migrating from one IAM platform to another.
Strong understanding of European work culture and excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Self-driven and autonomous, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects like IAM migration or role mining activities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and interviewing stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
