Job Title: Central Credit Officer

Department: Credit

Report to: Central Credit Lead

Purpose of Job: To support central credit activities

Job Responsibilities:

Section 1

⮚ Review and approvals of applications submitted to central credit.

⮚ Telephonic or Video appraisals of customers.

Section 2

⮚ Review and recommendations of applications for approvals.

Section 3

⮚ Maintaining the reports and analysis of reports.

Section 4

⮚ Co-ordination with field credit and sales team for faster TAT

⮚ Follow up for the closure of queries.

Section 5

⮚ Training on policies and process

⮚ Regular communication to the field teams.

⮚ Closing the tickets raised by the field.

Qualifications:

Degree or equaling education

Other Requirements:

Good in English and knowing multiple languages.
