Marketing Assistant_ AV Integrator Company

They are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing Assistant to support their marketing efforts. Role & responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Support the creation of marketing content for digital channels, including social media, blogs, website updates, email newsletters, and case studies.
• Help produce engaging content that highlights the companys products, services, and industry expertise, ensuring it is consistent with brand guidelines.
• Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading marketing materials for both internal and external communications.

Digital Strategy and Campaigns

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote AV solutions and services.
• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital campaigns with business objectives and lead generation goals.

Email Marketing:

• Develop, manage, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and customer retention.
• Create targeted email lists based on customer demographics, behavior, and previous interactions with the brand to optimize email engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing for email subject lines, CTAs, designs, and messaging to improve performance.

SEO and Analytics

• Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Market Research and Trends

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, especially those relevant to the AV industry.
• Analyse competitors digital marketing efforts and suggest improvements to our strategy.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and infographics.
• Ensure all marketing collateral is aligned with the brands visual identity and messaging.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the technology or AV industry.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing software.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Basic knowledge of AV technologies and industry trends.
• Experience in video marketing, including scripting and coordinating AV content production.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
