Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Executive to manage the Packaging & Plastic production sections. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, uphold high-quality standards, and drive timely production while leading a team. This role involves compliance with safety guidelines, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage and monitor production schedules to optimize resource utilization.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.
• Troubleshoot any production-related issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as required by the management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Packaging, Plastic, Textile, or FMCG production. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards in manufacturing.
• ERP Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems and production management tools.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality assurance and production timelines.
