Recruiter (BPO) | Bangalore (Hybrid, Evening Shift)

We are looking for a Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for our international customer support teams (remote, US & UK shifts). The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume hiring for a International BPO and understands the nuances of recruiting for remote roles.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
✅ Identify top talent for customer support (chat, voice, email) roles.
✅ Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates.
✅ Ensure fast hiring turnaround while maintaining quality.
✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs & improve hiring strategies.
✅ Utilize ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn for sourcing & tracking candidates.
✅ Maintain data-driven hiring metrics & reports.

🔹 What Were Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of recruitment experience in a International BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
✔ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & social media.
✔ Experience hiring for international voice, chat & email support teams.
✔ Understanding of remote hiring challenges & best practices.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
✔ Bangalore-based candidates only (Hybrid Work).
