Job Description
Position: Client Support Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with a US based client (law firm/medical practice/insurance)
- Communicate with US clients via e-mail, message and phone call
- Schedule appointments, Client intakes over the call
- Assist with preparation of documents
- Management of client files
- Work on client software for data management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be Bilingual
- Should have certification in Spanish language
- Proficient in word/excel/Outlook emails
- Proficient in data entry and document management skills
- Fluent speaking, listening & Spanish understanding is MUST
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Shift Time: 9:00pm to 6:00am or 10:00pm to 7:00am IST or 7:00pm to 4:00am IST.
