Job Description: Talent Acquisition Executive
Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Gurgaon (WFO) Experience: 2-3 years
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate
will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for the organization. If you have a

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
○ Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
○ Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to build a strong
talent pipeline.
2. Candidate Screening & Assessment:
○ Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
○ Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
○ Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on
candidate profiles.
○ Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (2-3 years preferred).
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
● Familiarity with industry-specific hiring trends and market dynamics.
● Experience in lateral recruitment is a plus.
