Business Manager

• Manage a team responsible for onboarding and supporting Kreedo's clients after sales and business development teams close deals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships by offering support, information, guidance, and

suggesting opportunities for service improvement.

• Gather continuous feedback from customers and collaborate with Kreedo's internal teams to define

requirements and enhancements.

• Act as the primary communication link between key customers and the team, ensuring timely resolution of

escalations

• Cross-sell Kreedo's new and existing products to current customers to improve Average Revenue Per User

(ARPU).

• Ensure on-time and successful delivery of solutions aligning with customer needs and objectives.
• Provide assistance to the team in achieving their renewal targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, inspiring them to achieve their highest potential.
