Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Railing Segment

Location: Bangalore|| Delhi || Mumbai|| Kerala(Cochin)

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor and analyze projects to gauge market potential and expand the customer base through comprehensive research.
• Develop and implement monthly plans and schemes for target models to generate sales inquiries.
• Design and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility, including participation in seminars and trade fair exhibitions as per the marketing manager's plans.
• Establish and nurture relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers.
• Provide insights to strengthen relationships with dealers, ensuring a stable and mutually beneficial business network.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for dealers and their sales staff to achieve service targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in collaboration with the marketing manager.
• Submit timely and accurate reports as required.
• Report directly to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Proven experience in the Railing, Aluminum Windows, UPVC windows, Facade , or Glass Manufacturing industries.

• Skills: Strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, Retail and project sales and experience in formulating and executing marketing strategies.

• Education: Relevant educational background in sales, marketing, or related fields.
