Sales Development Representative (SDR):

About Us KGK Diamonds is a leading global diamond and jewelry manufacturer with a rich heritage dating back to 1905. Founded by the Kothari family in Jaipur, India, the company has grown into a multinational corporation with operations spanning the entire diamond and jewelry supply chain across 15 countries. KGK is embarking on the next phase of its digital transformation journey. We are proud to announce the successful launch of our mobile application and new website in Mumbai. Over the next 12 months, we plan to extend this digital presence to different geographies across the globe.


Job Description: We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with exceptional communication skills, proficiency in cold calling, and a passion for digital marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive cold calling to potential clients, introducing our B2B E-Commerce platform
  • Develop and maintain a high volume of daily cold calls to meet and exceed targets
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including:
    • Creating and managing social media content
    • Assisting with SEO optimization efforts
    • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns
    • Managing WhatsApp marketing initiatives
  • Research and identify new sales leads and potential clients
  • Manage and update customer information in our database
  • Convert initial calls into appointments or website logins
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting using Excel and other digital marketing tools

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a sales or marketing role (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong phone presence and ability to conduct cold calls effectively
  • Proficiency in data management and Excel
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Experience with lead research and contact identification (preferred)
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies
