Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a primary focus on back-end development to join our Growth Team.

In this role, you'll work across two dynamic projects, gaining exposure to new technologies and supporting key digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project 1 : KGK Diamonds Digital Platform Development and Maintenance

- Tech Stack : Next.js (Front-End), Medusa (Node.js) Back-End, PostgreSQL, Kafka for CRM and ERP data syncing

- Collaborate closely with front-end developers and designers to integrate UI elements with server-side logic.

- Manage data flow and synchronization between CRM and ERP systems using Kafka for smooth, real-time data management.

- Project 2 : New Project TBD

- Expected to bring back-end expertise and adaptability to work with evolving tech stacks as requirements are finalized.

Key Requirements :

Experience :

- 3-4 years working as a full-stack or back-end developer in a product-focused company.

Technical Skills :

- Back-End : Proficient in Node.js with experience in frameworks like Medusa (or similar).

- Database : Strong understanding of SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

- Data Management : Familiarity with Kafka or similar tools for data syncing and streaming.

- Front-End: Working knowledge of Next.js or similar frameworks is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Highly adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communicator, comfortable working within a remote team setting.
