Job Description
We are hiring for a call center trainer Tamil
Eligibility: 1+ years of experience as a Call center Voice process trainer.
Shift: Required flexibility to work in any shift
Working: 6 days a week (Flexible week off excluding Sat, Sun)
Responsibilities:
* Take care of Call center Voice process training
* OJT performance monitoring and providing support post-certification
* Conduct regular refreshers as per process requirement
* Present weekly Training review deck
