Job Summary:

The Property Manager will oversee the smooth handover and ongoing management of residential flats within a community, ensuring a seamless transition for homeowners and efficient property operations. This role includes handling customer interactions, vendor management, facility maintenance, legal compliance, and community engagement to enhance the living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handover & Customer Coordination:

• Coordinate the property handover process, ensuring all documentation, snag rectifications, and legal formalities are completed.
• Conduct walkthroughs with homeowners and address any post-handover concerns.
• Manage customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction during the transition phase.

2. Facility & Operations Management:

• Oversee building maintenance, common area management, security, housekeeping, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure efficient operation of utilities (water, power backup, waste management, etc.).
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property maintenance.
• Monitor the performance of facility management teams and service providers.

3. Community Engagement & Resident Relations:

• Foster a positive community atmosphere by organizing engagement activities.
• Address resident grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Implement digital platforms for resident communication and service requests.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical with 5+ years of experience in residential property management and facility operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including residents, vendors, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing high-end residential communities.
• Knowledge of sustainable property management practices.
