Knowledge on Management / Operations of Wealth Platforms in mkt

Operational Activities for aggregating of various product's / asset's transactional data

Very Good Communication Skills ( Written & Speaking)

Must have performed Recon Activities - MF, Demat, PMS Underlying Data, Cash Recons

Knowledge on Revenue Receivable computations

Should be aware of returns computation like XIRR, TWRR, Absolute, Annualized etc

BSE sTAR platform - for account onboarding and trade placements

Must be aware of sources of Equity , Debt, MF and other product valuations

Bond Interest calculations and accrual concepts

Experience of handling clients in Wealth space. Should be knowledgeable to handle the requirements coming from client and converting them to features of the platform or getting the requirement fulfilled as Operational activity

Swift in Complaint resolutions and take timely decissions wherever applicable

Handled a medium sized team (6 - 7)

Tracking performance of the team

Knowledge in investment cycle for a Mutual Fund - right from investor filling the form to investor getting the SOA from respective AMC of MF

Should be dedicated and enthusiastic to learn more. Should be taking initiatives

Must have used some platform to record the investments of investors

preferable with an experience of working with a Distributor Back Office ( 1 - 2 yrs)

Good in communications (Written & Speaking) - base languages Hindi / English should be aware as most of our clients speak the same

Knowledge on recons of MF / Demat etc

Reading of the SOA's from various sources of various products and understanding the same

Understanding in Client Portfolio Report data points
