Business Process Rep

Overview Looking for a dedicated Finance Specialist to manage financial operations, including vendor coordination, project accounting, and financial reporting. This role requires strong collaboration with site managers, project teams, and vendors to ensure accurate financial processes and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities Financial Operations: Manage the capitalization process of assets in collaboration with the Fixed Asset (FA) team. Conduct annual financial audits and maintain accurate records. Vendor Management: Set up new vendors in the system and ensure compliance with company policies. Follow up on missing invoices and resolve issues in a timely manner. Project Collaboration: Work with project managers to discuss project statuses and identify month-end accruals. Create and manage project numbers in the system. Purchase Order Management: Oversee the creation and tracking of purchase orders (POs) to ensure alignment with budgets and projects. Utility Management: Maintain and monitor utility records for all sites, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies. Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare accurate financial reports.
