Keysight IT department requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in development, implementation, and architecture, particularly in data management. The candidate should have strong solution design skills, proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, and experience with tools like Snowflake, AWS, and Oracle Cloud. They must be adept at collaborating with business partners, leading data initiatives in M&A, and driving technical deliveries in a cloud-first environment. Responsibilities Works collaboratively with our business partners to understand and lay down Data roadmap within IT & cloud transformations. Participates in project requirements analysis, functional and develops the Architecture, oversees development, and system testing. Designs new solutions/ Modules to cater ongoing business needs and requirements. Analyse and assess existing procedures to allows the applications to respond to business changes. Works with other Architects, to understand applications roadmap, helps synthesize data needs and proposes long term architecture for connected applications. Data is a key element in Mergers and Acquisitions, this role is seen to contribute and lead data track working with MA&D program team to use data to paint true complexity picture and size the effort and plan for integration. Works with and drives technical deliveries using overall Global IT delivery model Manages the work distribution for technical leads and ensures development according to signed off business requirements. Transforms data from application entity into target design using modern tools like Snowflake, Skyvia, Stitch. Responsible to influence/ define long term customer centric data strategy, while working in a complex changing/ cloud first environment. Qualifications Careers Privacy Statement Bachelor s or Master s degree preferably in computer science or related field Minimum 10 + years of experience in development, implementation and Architecture including but not limited to Data. Good functional knowledge and proficiency in designing, developing and deploying solutions in functional areas like Finance, Tax, Order management, licensing, Master data, Service management and delivery. Strong Solution design skills with experience in writing and reviewing functional / technical specifications Having worked on Oracle EBS, Salesforce and CPQ applications is an added advantage. Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Data services, Oracle Cloud FDBI, other data tools such as DataiQ etc.. Experience in using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Incorta as presentation layer and pre-data analysis is good to have. Ability to write/debug complex SQL / PLSQL code with expertise in performance tuning. Methodical, thoughtful approach to problem solving High energy, self-motivated, proactive and independent. Experience in Vendor management and Offshore Onsite model to deliver project capabilities. Ability to work and cope up with Global IT organization needs.
