Our team of applications and technical support engineers work closely with customers to enable and debug their design flows as they use Keysight EDA software such as ADS, EMPro, GoldenGate, System Vue, IC-CAP, MBP, and MQA. Responsibilities Enable Americas-based customers to utilize Keysight EDA tools to their fullest capability Seek to understand, investigate, replicate, debug, and resolve customer challenges Be resourceful leveraging solution expertise across the team and beyond when discussing technical needs and challenges faced by customers Deliver timely customer support and drive customer delight Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain technical subjects over the phone and through email and additionally author and publish knowledge articles for customer self-service Update, create, and deliver training materials (remotely or face-to-face) on different capabilities of the EDA software products Stay current on the EDA tools as new releases are made available to Keysight customers Follow established processes for tracking and documenting customer interactions Both multi-task and work independently in assisting multiple customers at a time Qualifications B.S.
