Logistics Executive (Off Role)

Job Responsibilities:

• Import and Export Process:
  
• Coordinate with customs agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
• Handle documentation related to shipments.
• Inventory Management:
  
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory transactions.
• Demo Inventory Management:
  
• Maintain demo units and coordinate their movement for customer demonstrations.
• Keep track of demo inventory and replenish as needed.
• Transporter and Courier Coordination:
  
• Liaise with transport companies and couriers for timely delivery of goods.
• Resolve any transportation-related issues promptly.
• E-way Bill Preparation:
  
• Generate E-way bills as required for inter-state movement of goods.

Eligibility:

• Experience: 0-3 years in logistics or supply chain management.
• Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Management, or Logistics.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Location: Gurugram office.

Working Conditions:

• Office Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
